Neill & Fiona have been part of CGC Paisley since its humble beginnings in a pub in 2003, and were part of helping to plant and grow the church alongside founding pastors, Daniel & Julie Gardiner. In February 2010, after working closely with Daniel & Julie for 12 months, Neill & Fiona took on the role as Senior Church Leaders.

Previously, Neill worked in a Youth Justice Social Work team in Glasgow. Neill is an anointed worship leader, with a passion to see God's people worship with their whole lives and not just in song on a Sunday. Neill is very motivated by social justice issues and strongly believes that the Church of Jesus Christ holds the one-and-only answer to the issues facing society today - Jesus Himself. However, he believes that the real challenge facing the Church is not mobilising societal-transforming mission or establishing relevant and effective evangelism, but is the task of making genuine life-transformed disciples of Jesus. When he's figured that one out, he'll retire!

Fiona is a qualified primary school teacher, however she currently splits her time between church leadership and her post as an Alcohol Awareness Worker, with an alcohol counselling agency. Fiona is a gifted teacher and loves to present knowledge in a way that people will understand, whether those people are young children, teenagers or adults. She is also passionate about Story - story-writing and storytelling - and about encouraging and enabling people to be all that they can be and to 'live a good story' with their lives. Fiona also has the rare gift-set of enjoying singing and actually being good at it!
