Christian Growth Centre, Stoke on Trent

We have been on a journey for a number of years believing that God had in mind for us to plant a church. This led us to CGC Chelmsford, into the Leadership College and eventually it was suggested to us that we visit Stone (a nearby town) where the Baptist Church was looking for leadership. We found ourselves spending the night at a travel lodge in Stoke and realised that this was the city where God wanted us. We moved up last August and found that there was a small Christian fellowship on our estate that were looking for leaders. In January 2008 Meir Park Christian Fellowship closed and joined CGC Stoke – the rest is history.
