Every one of us has natural skills, talents and abilities, some of which we have gained through schooling and mentoring, others we weren’t taught but simply discovered or stumbled upon.

They are innate within us. In Jeremiah 29:11 God says, ‘I know what I planned for you’. He says that His plan is to increase and prosper us, setting out a path for our destiny. Contained within that plan is the blueprint of the call on our lives. The ‘call’ is the ministry part of His plan; literally, what we do with what He gives us. The effectiveness of the Church relies on good Godly leadership to lead it forward into the victory that Christ has enabled it to gain. To discover fully what that plan may look like we need to use the equipment God has supplied to us as well as giving time to allow His word to develop in us. In the year to change your life, you will be trained and equipped by men and women of God who are practitioners of what they teach.

m:power Ministry Training College is one year that can literally CHANGE YOUR LIFE. Now in our 10th year we have seen many people’s lives changed and equipped for the purposes of God. Some have planted or are leading successful churches, others are assisting in ministry roles or have gone on mission, both short and long term. Many students in secular jobs have found their leadership capacity has risen dramatically, allowing them greater opportunities in their work places. As He changes their lives, God is also changing the lives of many others through them.
