Having worked for over 10 years in training, teaching, rehabilitation and evangelistic environments, Paul and Lis felt led to join CGC Chelmsford in 2004 to help initiate and facilitate sustainable evangelistic projects. It quickly became apparent that they would take on the leadership of the church and worked closely with Rick and Bev Murrill for two years. The church was handed over in 2006.
